FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
+ I'm interested in working with you. How do we get started?
This is music to our ears. We would love to welcome you into our Puraest family. So relax, grab a coffee and book yourself in for a discovery call with Anna or fill in our contact form. Once you have made up your mind, we will send you a contract and invoice. We require a 50% deposit to lock you in and to get started with your brand growth journey.
+ I live in a faraway land, can we still work together?
Of course you can and we would love to have you. We live in a world where we don’t need to be face to face to create magic. So, as long as you don’t live in the middle of nowhere and have internet, we can’t wait to meet you and bring your vision to life.
+ How long does the branding process take?
The branding process takes 4-6 weeks from when we have everything we need to get started. It is largely dependent on which package you select – sprout, blossom or bloom. As long as feedback is received within the timings we provide you with, you will have a beautiful brand in no time.
+ How much am I involved in the process?
Very! Your brand is your vision after all. The whole process is therefore very collaborative but our job is to make your life as easy as possible, so we will be sure to guide you every step of the way. We will be in touch on a weekly basis, keeping you in the loop and asking for regular feedback (we help guide you on how to best feedback too) to ensure you are overjoyed with the end result.
+ What kind of clients do you work with?
We work with brands of all shapes and sizes, predominantly small to medium businesses. We only work with brands that have a strong purpose to make the world a better place in one way or another.
